Abstract
This research
aims to explore the role of strengthening Islamic education in shaping individual
character and becoming a pillar in a quality society. The method used in this
research is literature study involving analysis of various sources relevant to
the research topic.
The results of
this research indicate that strengthening Islamic education plays an important
role in shaping individual character. Through strong Islamic education,
individuals are provided with Islamic values and moral norms, such as honesty,
solidarity, and commitment to justice. Islamic education also encourages the
development of positive traits, such as empathy, tolerance, and cooperation.
Furthermore,
strengthening Islamic education also serves as a pillar in a quality society.
By having a strong Islamic education, society can live harmoniously and respect
each other within the framework of religious and cultural life. Islamic
education also plays a role in shaping a society with high social
consciousness, appreciating differences, and being responsible for the common
good.
Thus,
strengthening Islamic education has a significant contribution in shaping
individual character and becoming a pillar in a quality society. Therefore, it
is important for the government, educational institutions, and society to pay
attention to and support strong Islamic education in order to build an integral
and cultured society.

Introduction
Education plays

in a quality society is Islamic Education.
